Where do I pick up my order?

Orders are picked up at our nursery during normal business hours. Please wait for order confirmation before arriving for pickup.

Do I need to schedule a pickup time?

Large orders or trailer loads may require scheduled pickup times to help us provide efficient loading service.

Will my order be loaded for me?

Our team will assist with loading when possible. Customers should arrive with an appropriately sized vehicle and any necessary tie-downs, tarps or securement materials.

How long will you hold pickup orders?

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be subject to restocking or availability changes unless prior arrangements have been made.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sunrise Natives is a wholesale nursery serving landscape professionals, contractors,
designers, and approved trade customers.

Ordering

All orders are subject to availability. Plant material may sell quickly, and availability is
not guaranteed until the order is confirmed by Sunrise Natives.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice due to availability, freight, vendor pricing,
and market conditions. Quotes are valid only for the time period stated on the quote.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms approved for each customer account. Orders
may require payment before pickup or delivery unless credit terms have been approved
in advance.

Claims

Any concerns with plant quality, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported within
24–48 hours of pickup or delivery. Photos may be required.

Holds

Plant material may be held only with approval. Extended holds may require payment in
full and are subject to watering, maintenance, and space availability.

Cancellations & Returns

Special orders, contract grows, sourced material, and plant material held for a customer
may not be cancelable or returnable. Approved returns are at the discretion of Sunrise
Natives and may be subject to a restocking fee.

Warranty

Sunrise Natives does not provide a long-term plant warranty. Plant survival depends on
proper handling, watering, planting, soil conditions, weather, and site maintenance after
pickup or delivery.

Plant Care Responsibility

Customers are responsible for proper watering, planting, and maintenance after pickup
or delivery. Sunrise Natives is not responsible for damage caused by improper watering,
drainage, planting practices, weather conditions, or lack of maintenance after material
has been accepted.

Native Plant Note

We specialize in native and adapted plants for Texas landscapes. Availability may
include Texas natives, cultivars, selections, and adapted non-native plants.

Freight charges are based on order size, plant material type, delivery location,
unloading requirements, and route scheduling.

Because Sunrise Natives frequently consolidates material from multiple growers and
suppliers, freight charges may vary depending on the scope of the order and staging
requirements.

Large tree deliveries, boxed material, specialty procurement, multi-vendor consolidation,
or difficult site access may require additional freight charges.

Deliveries outside normal service areas or requiring dedicated trips may be quoted
separately.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and accessible delivery conditions. Proper
unloading equipment must be available onsite for large trees, boxed material, or
oversized orders.

Deliveries delayed by unavailable unloading equipment, inaccessible sites, or excessive
wait times may incur additional charges.

Customer pickup is available by appointment.

Ordering & Sourcing

Yes. Sunrise Natives offers delivery services throughout Central Texas and can coordinate shipments to other areas using trusted third-party freight carriers. Local deliveries are typically completed using our own trucks, while larger or out-of-area orders may be shipped through commercial freight providers. To ensure proper scheduling, staging, and route planning, delivery requests should be submitted at least 2 business days prior to the requested delivery date whenever possible.
